Love it when you follow a great recipe and everyone enjoys the meal. Well, Morgan is addicted to Pinterest just like her mother. She found and made these Chicken Pillows for us. They are from Chef in Training. They are so good, so I knew I had to come home and make them for Mr. Dick. And that is just what I did.................

recipe for chicken pillows
When I was making these the other night, I opened the container of Crescent rolls and separated them, put a scoop of the chicken mixture on each and divided it evenly on each stretched out Cresent roll. Then I looked and thought "how is all that chicken going to get covered by that dough.......but it did, you can pat them like a softball. The gravy is so creamy with the taste of sour cream and the cheese that you add. Next time I will not crush as many crackers because I had alot left over.........Hope you go and check this out. Happy Cooking, Andi
