Very easy chicken dish to make, I lined a 9x13 pan with aluminum foil to make clean up easier. This can be cooked in the oven or on the grill. If you only have a few pieces of chicken to bake you could cut the marinade recipe in half and it would work just as well.
Marinade ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tbsp ground mustard
1 tsp pepper
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup sliced green onions
large package of chicken drum sticks
Mix all the marinade ingredients together in a small bowl. Using a large zip lock bag combine all ingredients along with the chicken. Place the bag in refrigerator and allow to set for 4-8 hours. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or cook on outside grill until done. Use the leftover marinade for basting if cooking on the grill.
