I have just made the best macaroni salad................with tuna. I made a couple changes to the recipe but that was just omitting a few ingredients. I love this and even Mr. Dick who doesn't like pasta salad ate it, and went back for more...............It's creamy and so tasty......this may not be the salad for everyone but for me it's PERFECT!!!! The recipe came from the Farm Journal Cookbooks. These books were printed back in the 50's and continued for sometime. I am always on the lookout for them. My collection has about 18 books so far, a couple are duplicates but that's alright. The oldest copyright date is 1959 and the newest is 1984. The titles are from pies to cookies to freezing vegetables to chocolate recipes. Your heading caught my eye because I make my macaroni salad with tuna, onions, celery and seasonings and my children ADORE it and eat it with gusto. It is so simple to make and one of their favorites.
