SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE

Sweet Potato Casserole


40 oz can of Yam's (Sweet Potatoes in syrup, drained)
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk, or half and half
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
4 tbsp butter
Mix all and put in a greased 8x12 inch or casserole dish.
Topping
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup melted butter (5 1/3 tbsp of butter)
Mix and sprinkle on top of the sweet potatoes. bake for 25-35 mins at 350 degrees.
