Buffalo Chicken Burgers

Buffalo chicken Burgers

1 1/2 pounds of ground chicken
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup minced celery
1/3 cup blue cheese (optional)
3 tbsp minced green onion
1/2 tsp salt
combine the above ingredients and shape into 6 burgers. using your electric frypan or outside grill, cook until internal temp is about 165 degrees.

Topping:
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup hot sauce
using a small bowl combine the above ingredients.

6 english muffins, split and toasted
6 lettuce leaf
6 slices tomato
6 slices swiss Cheese
Top each burger on a toasted english muffin and serve with the sliced cheese, tomato and lettuce leaf. spread on the mayo mixture and enjoy.
